At Gym Junkies Health and Fitness Centre we have catered to all fitness levels and ages. As well as boasting the latest equipment we also run over 40 group fitness classes from low impact/beginners classes including Yoga, Gentle Moves, Easy Step, Easy Spin, ABT (stands for abs, butts and thighs), Body Bar through to our high impact/cardio group fitness classes including Body Step, Spin, Cardio Boxing, Fat Burner and Circuit classes.  We even have gym classes that teenagers and little kids will enjoy such as Cardio Funk and Kidz Craze.

The gym is air-conditioned and is decked out in a calming green with an Island theme decor. 

The main attraction is our spin room that holds our Easy Spin and Spin group fitness classes.  The Spin Group Fitness room has been professionally painted in a mural that literally glows in the dark. 

Our gym cafe is called Skinny’s and offers healthy ‘fat wraps’, salads, coffee and fresh juices.  A must try is the Bribie Salad - Avocardo, prawns, mango, mixed greens, celery, cherry tomatoes, low fat fetta, red onions.

All menu items state calorie content to assist with members who are counting their calories.

We have in house beauty therapy where you can get that well needed massage.  Other treatments include body wraps, spray tans, waxing, manicures and pedicures.

We have a courtesy bus (called GUS), sauna and a fully supervised childcare facility.  A major point of difference is our staff.  We have hired people who value the word customer service.  You will be pleasantly surprised to see that good old customer service is here again!

Casual Visits are welcome.  Our hours of operation are 6am to 9pm Monday to Friday; Saturday 7am to 4pm and Sunday 8am to 4pm.  You will find us behind Retravison just over the bridge after the first round about on the right in the main street of Bribie Island.
